Does Vanta replace the auditor?
No. Vanta automates monitoring and evidence collection, but a licensed CPA firm still performs the audit and issues the report. We help you choose one and manage the work with them.
What does Vanta not do on its own?
Someone still has to make decisions, write and roll out policies, fix gaps, run access reviews and answer the auditor. That is the work we take on.
