What we put in place

Roles and ownership

One clear owner for every responsibility, written down where everyone can see it.

Meeting rhythm

Weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with a set purpose and agenda.

Scorecards and KPIs

A few numbers per team, reviewed on a regular schedule.

One-on-ones and reviews

A simple structure managers can keep up with week to week.

SOPs and documentation

How-to guides for recurring work, so it gets done the same way every time.

Manager training

Support for managers as they take on the new rhythm with their teams.

How the work goes

Assess

We learn how decisions get made today, who owns what and where work gets stuck.

Build

We define roles, meetings and scorecards, then set them up in your tools.

Train

Managers and teams learn the rhythm, with templates and guides they keep.

Manage

We keep the rhythm running and adjust it as the team grows.

Common questions

Is this the same as HR?

No. HR covers how people join, are paid and leave. Team management covers how work gets done day to day: roles, meetings, goals and accountability.

Do we have to use a specific framework?

No. We use what fits your size and culture, and keep it simple enough to stick.

Will this add more meetings?

Usually fewer. Each meeting gets a clear purpose and agenda, and meetings without a job are dropped.
