It depends on headcount and how clean your current records are. Small teams are usually live within a few weeks once we have the data and decisions we need.
Do we need a consultant if BambooHR offers onboarding?
BambooHR onboarding covers the software. We handle the decisions around it: your processes, policies, approval rules and how managers will use it day to day. We also stay on after launch.
Can you fix a BambooHR setup that is already live?
